So it's not like the codes that I am entering is causing the screen to turn black and have the game not start/load because even if I enter no codes at all and I press start, the screen still turns black and stays black and the game does not start/load.
But after I'm done typing my codes in or even if I don't type any codes in and I press start to load/start the game, the screen turns black and stays black and the game does not start. The game genie screen is displayed where I can type in my codes. I connect the game genie to one of those games, then I insert the game that's connected to the game genie into my SNES console. The game genie screen shows up like it's supposed to but after I press start to load the game, the game does not run and it goes to a black screen. The games that I listed will not start when using my game genie.
